Thank you is never enough for HM Waldron for their kindness, positive attitude, professionalism, and hard work.
I came branch medical to speak with my Doctor about anxiety and depression. HM Waldron made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. I had pre-planned to ask my Doctor if it could be just me and them in the room once we got on to the topic of anxiety and depression. However, after a short conversation, HM Waldron made me feel super comfortable about being open about the situation and I wanted them to stay in the room and support me in any way possible. Thank You

A little about myself I am a 35 year old male with back and neck pain. I also have the most difficult time sleeping and falling asleep. Being active military members most of the time we try to tough it out and avoid medical. I use to have a negative perspective on medical treatment because of the long wait, the unorganized appointment, taking pills, and/or for the doctor to just tell me what I have. Of course, I know what I have why do doctors need to keep repeating it? However, with the pain, I get irritated easily and find it a waste of time because, after two to three hours of waiting for the doctor, I was only given a painkiller. What changed my outlook on medical was when I came to Naples Italy to be seen for care. My first thought was that it was going to be like any other base or medical facility. Man was I wrong this medical knew and their staff was the utmost professional and well-organized team. Not only did they function and coordinate all the appointment and visit accordingly but they also listen to what I had to say. I don’t have much medical knowledge so I struggle to explain how I am feeling or what is going on. Most nurses that I have experience with usually already determined what was wrong before I was given a chance to finish explaining. Why each of my experience is so excellent is because before going in or making an appointment they care for what I have to say and would give advice for my pain before seeing a doctor. Most places schedule an appointment and that was the end. HM Waldron was the person who listens to the end and helps me out in coping and advises me in multiple exercises and home treatments to improve my day-to-day pain BEFORE my appointment. One thing that this medical does as soon as you walk in they ask how you are doing or say a simple good morning. Everyone is professional about the work environment and while waiting to set the appointment multiple staff will ask if I have already been helped. This made me realize they truly care for the well-being of every person coming in to seek help. I even had the option to see the doctor today or make an appointment according to my needs and schedule. One of the best parts about this place is after making an appointment, they and their operator will call or text you days in advance and the day of to remind you there is an appointment coming up. When I finally went into my appointment there was no wait line because the stuff was on speed with everyone. I check in and was greeted with hello and good morning with a smile. Of course, everyone wears a mask but I could sense and see their smile when talking with each one. The wait wasn't long and they had a movie playing too. I was seen for my weight and blood pressure etc. But while waiting HM Waldron was very comforting and made me feel safe and that I had their full attention. We discussed the exercise they had mentioned before and my problem sleeping. After all my vitals and everything were taken care of HM Waldron came back with the provider and they introduced everyone with a friendly smile. Afterward, I feel known and cared for. After my visit, I enjoy coming into medical and know they are here to help. My care and safety are their first priority. This is my story and I am grateful for the medical care provided to me and made me feel that I was important. My HM was very attentive and patient with me when assessing my back injury. HM Waldron asked the most effective questions: describing my back pain, injury location, and reviewing my medical condition with me. They were also very hospitable with amazing customer service and genuine kindness and care for someone they didn’t even know. To me that speaks highly of their character!
Typically, the front desk personnel would just direct the patients to the appointment line. But, HM Waldron made an extra effort to explain the process and continually offered help even after giving the appointment line phone number directly to me.
