I am blind, and I came to CCU because I had an infection. My hearing had gone to where I was hearing muffled sounds; this was very scary. Nurse Andrea was on duty when my mom came one day. My momma was upset, and nurse Andrea helped my mom feel better about leaving me in the hospital because she was normally with me but had to take care of my son.

Nurse Andrea took special care of me and made me much more comfortable, knowing I didn’t understand all that was happening to me or around me. We cannot reproduce the Grace of God that operates Nurse Andrea, but truly our family is so thankful for her care. Andrea gave us a sense of comfort and peace in knowing my care. Andrea would move expeditiously to obtain what was requested for my care.
