Angie Webster is an excellent leader, manager, and mentor. She leads her department by modeling honest communication, clear expectations, and professionalism at all times. She is supportive and helpful when tasks are difficult but does not hover or micromanage daily projects. Staff can come to her with personal issues that may or may not affect their job performance and know that she will be supportive and trustworthy in their disclosures. She promotes staff learning and growth opportunities and allows staff to work within their strengths as well as encouraging them to develop new skills. She has been a true professional mentor, and I consider myself very lucky to have been able to learn from her and work within her guidance.

Angie is an amazing leader and manager. She has made many contributions to the growth of our leaders, clinical staff, and our community. She continues to look for ways to make improvements to our organization. She is involved in building and connecting with community partners to provide training and education for those both inside and outside our facility. She provides support for clinical and professional development for staff throughout our organization which ultimately affects patient care. I appreciate all that she stands for and all that she does to promote excellence in staff as well as in patient care.
