I would like to formally tell you about Reid and the great comfort he was to me while my son was in a critical state awaiting EMS to arrive.
Reid spoke to me calmly and gave me critical insight into what choices I had to make for my son. While my son was not brought to PMC due to the severity of his injury but was airlifted to CMC, Reid effectively assured me that the medical staff was handling his condition appropriately. He even went on to tell me that he would continue to be available to me throughout the day if I needed him.
While this may seem like a small and normal event to Reid, something he hasn't thought twice about since, it meant a great deal to me. I am thankful to have the supportive peers and lasting relationships with such a helpful group of people.
Please extend my thanks to Reid as I have not seen him since the event. Reid has always been courteous, helpful, and professional and truly sets the bar for all of us as Tenet employees at PMC.
