Courtney became my nurse this morning and everything was a bit chaotic but she was able to explain everything and calm me down. I believe I was a bit rough on her yet she kept a positive attitude. I appreciate her kind spirit and her ability to calm me down. She deserves recognition for her good attitude and compassionate nursing.
