Dawn is amazing and takes her service to an even higher level. She ensured my mom's comfort by checking on her every 30 minutes or so to make micro-adjustments in her position. She showed me how to help loosen up her joints with exercises she could do in bed that helped make her more comfortable and gave her stimulation. Mom was having issues with her electrolyte balances and Dawn went out of her way to very patiently listen to my concerns and ensure that my mom was placed on telemetry to monitor her heart rhythms, easing my concerns.
