Debbie greeted me with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed.
I have had Deb before for Day Surgery. She is calm, soft-spoken, kind, and today I heard her talking to a fairly new person in Day Surgery. She was extremely knowledgeable and came when this nurse asked her to observe an IV that she was inserting in me. My veins aren’t the best but with Deb’s knowledge, she did awesomely. With Deb’s almost 45 years with Cottage, she is awesome. You don’t get tenure anymore and it shows she loves her job!

I was in Day Surgery for Lumpectomy. Debbie greeted me with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed. She was even able to bring me coffee during my long wait time and we found we had people we both knew and were able to enjoy a pleasant conversation. Made my experience exceptional and kept me at ease during the long day.
