Genevieve was the most knowledgeable, efficient and personable nurse we had during my husband's stay in 7-South. She was always ready, willing, and able to help, to explain and to comfort us both as we faced our new challenge. She was, without a doubt the best trained nurse during our time in the ward. She also had such a great sense of humor, as we attempted to bring some levity into the situation. She has such a confidence about her and never showed any anxiousness or undue concern when a few things didn't go as it should have.

Not ever wanting to go to a hospital any time in the near future, we would certainly ask to come to UNMH. The care, efficiency of the staff, but especially Genevieve, have for their patients was and is outstanding.
