Jamie presented with knowledge, kindness, and love.
Jamie was an excellent nurse. She was very proficient in the treatment for my son. She shared empathy towards our situation of being readmitted after four days of delivery by c-section. She was educational and went over caring techniques, assistance with breast pump, feeding tricks, and even swaddling pointers. She took her time to explain in full detail each step of every procedure prior to the treatment and encouraged our involvement every step of the way during our visit. We felt overall a better grasp of the situation and how to improve the health of our son. We were grateful for the time she spent on us all while providing care for other babies that are equally as important. We were impressed by her demeanor and eagerness to help our family. She presented with knowledge, kindness, and love. We are forever grateful and appreciative. Her personality and attitude were above and beyond her providing care for her scope of practice and truly shined at each encounter. We were amazed by her and her ability to spread so much love.
