I nominate RN Jennifer Bui from Ward 4 North. Nowhere have I personally met a nicer or professional nurse. From the start of my most current visit, "Jen' made every effort to make my arduous stay more bearable. She remembered me from a previous, much shorter stay and greeted me even though she not my assigned nurse at that time. When she was my assigned nurse, she made every effort to ensure my medical, nutritional, and even patient morale needs were addressed. For example, on the second day of my PIC installation, Jen took the initiative to clean and replace the external portions of the unit, further extending its reliability. This is but one example of Jen's "going the extra mile" for this patient.
