Katelin Walker took the extra care to VERY CLOSELY monitor her patient (my daughter) and to respond instantly when some adjustment or additional service was required. She also took the time to thoroughly explain to my wife and me just what was happening and answer all of our questions. Katelin's concern for both the recovery and well-being and comfort of my daughter. She took the time and made every effort to keep my daughter's spirits up during the most trying times of treatment by doing many, many things that added a very personal concern for her patient's well-being.

She raised the standard of care to an entirely new and higher level of care than I would thought possible to be provided by anyone not having a pair of wings on their back and a Halo around their head. She had the professional knowledge and the ability to sympathize with the emotional turmoil experienced by a mother and father in extremely serious condition in an ICU, and the personal touches that raised Katelin above the other nurses in the ICU.
