We were expecting our first child and got transferred to the hospital after a long labor and being pretty miserable. Upon arriving the staff acted fast to help us--but Kayla put in extra effort to comfort me, wrapping her arms around me to keep me calm and help me breathe, etc. Her cheerfulness during our stay will be remembered!
