Kevin made my sister feel special. He treated her and her guests with great respect. He would tell jokes that always made my sister smile. Kevin's attentiveness to details and her needs made her feel special as well as she looked forward to him being on duty. It was obvious he has found his calling and he knows how to treat his patients well. My sister is not very trusting, but she felt safe when he was on call. More nurses should take lessons from him. He has excellent bedside manners.
