Examples: •a young 29-year-old with a traumatic fracture to his leg and multiple wound vacs and pain-helping him be motivated, knowing he would need a skilled rehab

•taking care of a fellow nurse's end of life, respecting her decisions, maintaining her privacy

•an elderly patient with a spouse who was not happy, just saying, “I know you take care of him, tell me what you do” She is always the first to stay over 7pm-11pm (and she has an hour drive!) or flex her schedule. We are so grateful to have you on our team!
