We had a bit of a difficult labor experience and Michelle was our saving grace. She was able to console my wife at her moments of weakness and we genuinely felt the love and compassion she brings to the birthing process. She went far above and beyond our expectations and we both cried when we had to say our goodbyes. We are so thankful and grateful for all that she has done for us.

This was my first baby and I was nervous and scared about the delivery. But when I arrived and was in my room, my nurse Michelle came in and all my nerves and doubts went away. She talked me through everything that was happening and what would happen. We were able to chat once I got my epidural and I enjoyed the day. I told her I hadn't had any caffeine since finding out I was pregnant and was looking forward to having a Coca-Cola after my baby was born. During the actual delivery, she was amazing and helped bring our baby girl into the world. After things calmed down she brought me a Coke - it was amazing.
