I can't pick just one time that Mona went above and beyond for her patients. Every day she is an advocate for each patient she cares for; she is always coordinating and arranging schedules to efficiently serve patients across all areas of Radiology and within the whole hospital. When unplanned stressful situations pop up (medical emergencies during procedures etc.) Mona always keeps her cool and is a huge asset to the patient, physician, and code team that arrives.

I have known Mona to stay late while a patient waits for a ride, bake a pie for a long-term patient's birthday, and attend funeral visitation and she is always there for patient and their family first! Encouraging them to be active in their care plans and being fully informed of their options.
