Nurse Nancy was not only kind and compassionate but also proactive with the care she gave. I am an ICU nurse and Nancy had already taken care of all my questions and concerns before I had a chance to bring them up. She treated my grandmother and all of my family with such respect. She definitely went above and beyond for us.
