Nonie instilled such a sense of calm and confidence throughout the entire process.
I had my first child at BCH Foothills, and I would like to thank the team there for their compassionate care during a challenging time. I had an unplanned C section, and Nonie was one of my nurses. She was amazing. Nonie instilled such a sense of calm and confidence throughout the entire process; from making the decision, to the prep, the birth of our son, and my recovery. She was encouraging, kind, and competent. I appreciate her skill, dedication, and compassion and will always remember this "angel" who cared for us during the miracle of our son coming into this world.
Our stay lasted almost a week, and we had so many great caregivers that I would miss some names if I tried to list them all. We received good care from the nurses, nurse assistants, doctors, lactation specialists, cafe workers, and others. This was a scary time (the health challenges, as well as the pandemic) and I appreciate the professionalism, competence, and kindness shown by the teams.
Thank you to all the compassionate and dedicated nurses and all the caregivers on the front lines who continue to serve during this pandemic.
