Regina was always smiling informative and professional in her presentation. She always made sure that I had everything I needed. As I tend to isolate during surgeries, she completely understood my desire for the door to be closed and she respected my wishes.
Regina stayed late to finish her charting (I saw this when I did my laps) and asked her about it. She also made sure that my whiteboard was updated and that I knew how to get a hold of her. Her engagement was 100% with her patients first and then the job of documentation followed.
Regina has a wealth of knowledge and shared it with her patients. She was very clear about what I needed to do to recover quickly and safely. Her smile was endless.
