Teri constantly strives to provide the best experience for patients and staff at her clinic. She is engaged in employee engagement and workflow optimization efforts. She has worked to build her team's morale and wellness this year, through a healthy eating challenge. This has brought her team together and re-energized the clinic. Staff are living healthier lifestyles and supporting one another while doing it. When I visit this clinic, staff are always sharing how successful the challenge has been. It is exciting to see how Teri has united the clinic through this activity.
