Ms. Zoe saw me and took care of me and my family in the most loving manner. My baby was born sleeping. She always made sure that she was there when I needed her. Zoe showed me compassion and helped me in a way that touched my heart. She not only saw me as a patient but as a human being, as a lost mother who was desperate and had just lost her most precious baby, and made sure my baby had a good bed to sleep in. She took her time to make everything special because my mind would not have been able to do all that. She provided comfort to all of us during this difficult time.

Zoe listened, she was kind, and she cared for me and my baby in the best way. She was the person God sent to help me during my stay while I was grieving my loss. I have never met such a kind and loving nurse that truly demonstrates her love for what she does. I will forever thank Ms. Zoe for all her thoughtful actions that marked me and my family. She treated my baby with the utmost respect and helped me make sure my baby was comfortable and peaceful while my baby was sleeping on his way to meet God.
