The care Nani gave to our father was outstanding. Nani truly provides a high quality of care and never becomes desensitized to our father’s humanity. She always exercised the highest degree of respect. Nani has such a professional demeanor. She takes confidentiality seriously and keeps her patients and family members at the forefront regarding their treatments. Most importantly, Nani gave great care to our father during our stay at the hospital by asking us about possible concerns. Her communication is outstanding. The commitment she shows to do her job is something we always noted during our stay on the unit. Her professionalism and understanding of her role in our lives were exemplary. The way Nani completed her assessments, diagnosis, plan of care, implementation of the plan, and then the evaluation demonstrated her outstanding knowledge. The respect and empathy she showed our family was an unforgettable memory. She is so devoted to her patients and her work as a Registered Nurse.
