Alisha always asked us if we needed anything, if we have any concerns or questions about our daughter's care. And what touched my heart the most is that one night before she gave my daughter her medicines. She asked me, "Did you know that one of the most important medicines that your daughter needs is not included for her to take tonight?" And she said she wanted to call the doctor to find out if she forgot to include that. That shows how compassionate, caring and great she is. This shows me how much she cares about my daughter and all the other patients previous future patients will be in her care lucky to have her. Therefore, I would say that I'm so grateful and thankful to have her during my daughter's day in the hospital. Once again, that's why I choose her as one of the most excellent of extraordinary nurses.

Alisha also has a great relationship with my daughter. She had a calming influence on her heart rate. My daughter loves her and it helped to ease anxiety seeing a familiar face. She has a great bedside manner and calming influence to stressed mothers when addressed with concern for my child she handled it in a very timely manner. Answered all questions in regards to my daughter. She has been with her almost from the beginning of diagnosis. She also was with her to dance and sing Michael Jackson to ease her tension during her blood draw.
