Allen is a valued member of the Tower 8 team. He has agreat energy that positively impacts the whole unit, including patients, staff, and physicians. Allen receives a ton of wonderful patient feedback and specifically was nominated for the DAISY award by two patients recently. Comments included that Allen checked on them often and anticipated their needs, that he was very attentive and caring, and that he kept them informed and explained what to expect. Allen exemplifies all that a DAISY nurse should be.
