I met Allen soon after I transferred from SMCA to SNW. What has really impacted me about Allen and his work is that he always seems to make me feel that he has time for me. He has never brushed me aside or made me feel like I couldn't approach him. He has always remembered my name and found ways to empower me as a nurse! I was nominated by him for Leadership Pipeline, and he helped me tremendously while I worked to finish my MSN. He has empowered me so much this past ONE year, more than I have been at any other point in my career! I also see him really trying to make things work. Solutions will not always be accepted by 100% of the people, but he really tries, and he really cares. Our leaders are never thanked enough for stepping up for all of us. Please, please, please help me thank Allen.
