I would like to recognize Althea Oliveros for her warm and gentle hospitality the moment she saw me in the wheelchair going to my room. It was a great way to be greeted as a new first time mom and a wonderful way to be introduced to the nurse that will be taking care of you! Throughout the day and night she constantly came in to make sure that I was okay and most importantly helped my baby and I bond by latching my baby the right way. She gave me several tips on good breastfeeding techniques. She would also give me supplies that I needed even before asking. She was very observant to a mother who just gave birth. She was quick to listen to my aches and pains and did her best to find remedies to solve the problem. I really appreciated her services and her warm hospitality. She is someone to be nominated and recognized. She has an attitude and personality that is willing to help, sympathize and understand what the patient might be feeling or going through. She was great and made my stay here a more enjoyable time with my newborn.
