According to B, all the nurses are kind, easy to approach, and very cooperative with her. She was very grateful to them because her stay in the hospital was not that difficult. She is also very grateful to the head nurse because due to her good supervision of her nurses, they have been able to carry out their responsibilities properly. The head nurse showed good leadership to her staff. Along with this was their harmonious relationship and cooperation with each other so all tasks became easy and were done properly. Not all hospitals have these types of workers. That is why they should be appreciated and given recognition because with their proper performance of the tasks, they are not only raising themselves but also the quality of their hospital.
