My mother had surgery. The night before her surgery my dad fell in your parking lot and was taken to the ER at another hospital for stitches. When he left there he fell again! Then the day of mom's surgery he fell another time. I was not able to be here because my daughter was getting married in Atlanta. Amanda called me several times to tell me she had word on my dad. There were about three times we talked. She even stayed after her shift had ended. I can't begin to tell you what this meant to me. I had no one to call who could be with them. She stood in the gap for me. My daughter's wedding went well and I was here on the next day by noon. I met Amanda today in person.
