I came into the ER terrified of complications I was experiencing with my health. Amanda was right by my side the entire time. I believe she had another patient come in, but she still made me feel like I was her #1 priority. If she didn't have the answers to my questions, she immediately found out for me. She connected with my husband and me not only on a professional level but a personal level as well. It was a very emotional visit and Amanda was very compassionate and caring. She helped me with my nerves before sending me to surgery. She gave us reassurance and that is something we needed. In such a sad situation, she managed to lighten the mood. My husband and I are very thankful that we had Amanda as our nurse.
