I want to brag on Amber. My husband's grandfather was here in CCU then moved to the 9th floor. He is 90 years old, you would never know it though. Anyway, he was pretty sick and Monday was a long day for him and his family waiting on procedures, etc. Amber was the best dealing with him. He was very uncomfortable and agitated and she handled him perfectly. Amber was very kind and patient. She communicated very well with him and us on what was going on. My husband hasn't stopped talking about how great Amber was! I told her thank you this morning but wanted to tell you all that she is certainly an example of what we strive for every day here at Baptist Health. She exemplifies AMAZING!
