Dawn was my mom's nurse the night she was admitted to ICU for complications from a craniotomy. Dawn was very attentive, professional, friendly and compassionate - not just to my mom, but to my dad and me as well. When I left for the night, Dawn gave her word that she would call me if there were any issues. My mom ended up needing emergency surgery that night. Dawn was true to her word, and called right away. I was able to make it to the hospital right before my mom was taken to surgery. Dawn's attentiveness and quick judgement that night was a true blessing in caring for my mom. Dawn will always hold a very special place in our hearts. I truly believe her quick judgement saved my mom's life that night. Her loving and caring manner is admirable. Dawn is our ICU angel.
