My attitude is pretty bad at times and I have been going through a lot lately with my health and on a personal basis as well. I just got surgery and I have questions and concerns and I asked and asked questions to Ana and she took her time to answer my questions and find out for me what was going to happen in order for me to go home.
I usually sign myself out AMA because of issues I have with nurses making me feel like I'm just another patient but Ana listened to me not only about my health questions, but I mentioned other personal issues and she cared and gave me good advice and good recommendations for healthier eating for myself and family. I truly am blessed to have met Ana and I thank everyone here for continuing to come into work with all this that's happening, but Ana is truly a caring nurse that we need in all hospitals.
