It was a typical day at the clinic when, late in the afternoon, a linen delivery gentleman ran into the clinic, stating a person had fallen out front. Angela, without hesitation, went outside to assess the situation. She found a person, bloodied and unresponsive, on the concrete in front of the clinic building. After a quick assessment, the person was found to be without a pulse. Angela immediately began compressions by herself outside on the pavement while waiting for help to arrive.

After several minutes of compressions, ROSC was achieved, and help arrived from our clinic and others in the building clinic. Angela, while waiting for EMS, was able to start an IV after an emergency cart was brought from a neighboring clinic. I would like to commend everyone's effort that day, particularly Angela Wrenn.
