Angela was my nurse when my health and circumstance was a complicated mess. Through the mission statement of the Catholic Ministry Health Care she outlasts numerous challenges and I strongly believe that her mission to give nothing less than the highest quality of care and service.
Angela expressed her core values of commitment in her delivery of quality, respectfulness, and professional care with personal pride. She rejected rudeness, smiled, made eye contact, and exhibited pride in her appearance.
Angela's core value of compassion was demonstrated by creating an environment and dialogue with respect. This was accomplished and portrayed through listening to patients like me, our families, and resolving challenges. Some of which would have folded, she was empathetic to mine and others leaving us patients with dignity and concern through Angela's words and actions.
Angela's experience, professionalism, compassion, and responsibilities are one to be considered as the "face", "heart", "hands", and "soul" of Little Company of Mary Hospital.
P.S. Angela left me better than she found me, with the loving team players on 4SP Tele they build her up and as a team, many were blessed. Even if it was a few seconds, they all encouraged each other creating what I have come to know as the ministry of Catholic Health Care.
