I broke my eyeglasses and they had to be repaired. I knew this process was going to take anywhere from 1 -2 weeks. When Anita came to work the next day, she gave me a pair of her glasses to use until my glasses were repaired.

One time when I was having a low blood sugar episode Anita came to my room to make sure I was feeling better, even though she was off duty and on her way home for the night. When she administers my final night time meds, Anita always says "goodnight" and tells me the next time she is going to be on duty. She understands the importance of providing feedback to the residents.
