Ann was absolutely amazing. She was very kind, patient, helpful, and overall, just pleasant whenever she was assisting me or my visiting family members.
Ann Kwon was the night nurse during my four-day, three-night impatient IVIG treatment at BDAACH. This is the first time I ever have been admitted to a hospital for an overnight stay, let alone three nights, so I was not sure what to expect. From the very first meeting, Ann was absolutely amazing. She was very kind, patient, helpful, and overall, just pleasant whenever she was assisting me or my visiting family members. She definitely made my stay as comfortable as can be and helped me well above and beyond what one would think a nurse would do. For example, she shared an HDMI cable and adapter so I could watch some movies on the TV, she brought in extra blankets without me even asking because she knew it gets cold at night, and she changed my bed sheets and gave me a new set of hospital gowns. She explained in detail the IVIG process, answered all my questions very plainly to help me understand, and was always available when I needed her. She also made my visiting wife and kids feel at ease and welcome, she truly was a blessing to my family and me. She deserves recognition as a super Nurse, but also as a super person.
