I met the ULTIMATE GEM "Anna." She walked through the door smiling, friendly, caring, compassionate, and ready to truly be my advocate to get me through this test. Yes! I shared a huge mistake that I googled and YouTubed this procedure. Anna was lovingly convinced to pull me off the ceiling and put my mindset and trust in her. We talked and shared; her reassurance spoke volumes. She also found my doctor, who she brought in as an additional cheerleader. It only solidified that I had the BEST hospital, best staff, and best doctor. I WAS in great hands. When there is TRUST, there is everything. I never expect special treatment, but when you experience this level of special, outstanding care that comes from the heart, I am more than grateful and thankful. Anna is everything: beautiful, heart and soul. I never expected what she did or the level she went. God brought me to her!!! I open my eyes to this level of beautiful care, and words will never be enough.

I've been to the GI lab more than once. Absolutely everyone, including my doctor, is my hero. I can be told, "L, I'm here for you," but when these words are put into action, it speaks volumes. GI staff has my heartfelt thanks. Many!! Hugs to these beautiful people who are advocates. They their positions seriously working together with dedication and best outcome. They deserve endless praise every day. This is why they are on the 3rd floor (at the top). Please give them my sincerest thanks and love for absolutely everything. These folks "save my life," and how do you put that into words? It's priceless, love, and I love you all, not just for what you have done for me but for who you ALL are.
