Anne-Marie started her journey as a nurse after she graduated with her BSN and then went on to obtain an MBA from St. Joseph University. Her hospital nursing career included working in Trauma, Transplant and Critical Care units before transitioning into Healthcare Informatics.
Anne-Marie brings her strong clinical knowledge and experiences to Cerner and the Soarian Critical Care team. She is passionate, detailed, and thorough with her work which is evident in her clinical focus on the Soarian Critical Care team to ensure the software development is always patient "safe" and clinician workflow driven.
Anne-Marie made a connection with a key client when she jumped in to assist them as they prepared for their Soarian Critical Care live event. She went on site with the staff and tested the Soarian Critical Care solution with them while reinforcing and educating them on the system. She was able to easily identify with the clinicians as she walked through the units to better understand their workflows.
She is trusted and valued by her team members and is always willing to jump in and assist wherever needed. Not only is she a resource for her clinical knowledge, but she has also embraced the ADPART modeling tool and has established herself as a "go to" associate and mentor to many Solution Designers and Testers within the team. She always makes herself available to answer questions and provide additional education.
