Anne looked after my father on many occasions when he came to the hospital. It's very sad because he recently passed away and I met this nurse again when my mother was brought into the hospital. When she found out the sad news she was so supportive of my family and just so caring. We will never forget how well she looked after my father. When he was brought in the hospital Anne was very caring and supportive and very courteous. My father felt well looked after and was very confident with her care. My father had a number of different health issues including dementia and Parkinson's disease and she took great care of him whilst he was in the hospital. Anne also looked after my mother when she was in the hospital and supported our family when we were visiting during this difficult time. I would like to nominate Anne as she deserves the recognition of her dedication, care, and respect towards her patients. She is always so courteous and helpful and both my parents appreciated her support very much during their hospital stay.
