As a patient, I never felt like a chore. My care was exceptionally personalized and Annie frequently made my 20 day stay both easier and more relaxing. All my nurses and CNAs have been wonderful, but Annie never ceased to make me smile and feel entirely safe, despite my horrible lengthy recovery. She was overseeing a fantastic nursing student with grace, patience, and a lovely sense of humor. Even the most tedious requests were met with sincere smiles.
Every question I asked was met with a knowledgeable and/or honest answer. She made sure to answer my questions, and if she didn't' know the answer she'd seek answers in a remarkably timely manner. She was an excellent go-between when it came to communicating with my doctors and surgeons. She made sure I always knew what was going on.
Each time she came to my room it made it easier to smile.
Thank you, Annie.
