My dear, sweet Ashleigh went above and beyond helping me and taking care of me. She ALWAYS had a big smile on her pretty face, no matter what. She was kind, patient, caring, friendly courteous, respectful, funny, pleasant, and just genuinely a great nurse. She did so much for me. Actually, she did everything for me!!
I hope I don't get her into trouble, but she even took time out from her busy schedule and actually combed my hair!! (And it is long and was full of knots!!)
She reminded me not to forget to order my meals! She always informed me of every procedure, every med she administered, and answered every question. She is such a very hard worker, takes her career very seriously.
She took wonderful care of me. She kept my morale up. My spirits up. She made me smile. Made me laugh.
Even though she was always so busy, she never hesitated for a second to ask how I was doing and if I needed anything. If I did ask her for something, she would almost do it right then and there! She is simply amazing!
I respect and admire Ashleigh. I consider her a good friend, but also a "top-notch" nurse and person. Even in and during her rounds, she would peek in on me with "that smile" and ask me how I was feeling and she'd tell me to have a good day! 1,000,000 votes to Ashleigh!
She is and was the VERY BEST and I love her for being my friend and my most favorite nurse.
