Not only does Ashleigh identify our daughter by name, she demonstrates interest in her life as well as ours. She embodies compassion and care. It also doesn't hurt that she does all this with a sincere smile. Whenever I see that my premature daughter is under her care, I am always at ease. She does amazing and is an excellent addition to your team. Also, when my wife was very nervous about breastfeeding, but too shy to ask for help, Ashleigh stepped in and offered advice. Not just medical advice to make it go more smoothly and produce positive results, but also invested in my wife's comfort. Amazing!
