Mrs. Barb has shown the utmost care and compassion towards my daughter for the last 16 months. No matter what time of the day or night she is always just a phone call away. Even after the numerous times we woke her in the middle of the night with LVAD alarms, she jumped into action and showed as much care for my daughter as I do as her parent. She deserves to be recognized for the countless hours of work and training she provides to the heart failure patients. Anytime my daughter had problems she not only did her best to help but also kept in contact to ensure the treatment plan was effective and my daughter was emotionally supported. She has always maintained a professional demeanor while still showing our daughter and the entire family care and compassion through this long medical journey. She is a great asset to the heart failure program and I hope one day she will receive as many blessings as she has bestowed upon the countless patients and families she has touched through her kindness.
