Bonnie really went far above and beyond while taking care of me. She made phone calls for me to help work out arrangements for my Dog, my house and my car. She became my friend and my nurse that night. I was really anxious and really was not planning on coming to Lexington and being admitted. I have no friends, recently separated from my spouse, no family and all 3 of my children live out of state. Bonnie talked me down from my anxiety and helped me work out solutions.
She very quickly got me all the "extras" fast that make a patient feel better. (food, meds, etc.) I was a RN for 28 years and I know how hard it is and how short staffed it might be. Bonnie did not have the time …but she did it anyway! She is a true nurse and it is a calling for her. It SHOWS! Thanks Bonnie!
