He is very professional and has a wonderful bedside manner. He is exactly as Stormont Vail Health mission, vision, values states plus more. He always greets me with a smile. Having my father in here is very hard and stressful on top of other problems that occurred. He saw I was struggling to maintain my ability to fight back tears and heartache. Brad did what not many people would not do. He told me to "bring it in," opened his arms and gave me a huge hug, told me to hang in there and that my dad was strong and a fighter. He will never truly know, how much I needed that and how truly powerful that simple, free, best, and most powerful hug was to me. That meaningful hug impacted me and my life right at that moment and touched my heart. Thanks to Brad I was able to trust in the care that my father was receiving.
