Brandi is always very pleasant and approachable to her fellow teammates and patients. She is willing to go above and beyond without being asked and gladly accepts any new challenge presented. She has recently been willing to learn a new role in the Endo department to help during times of being short staffed and to ensure the department is not overstaffed which allows her team to work their scheduled hours rather than being forced to take DTO (directed time off) while volumes as lower than normal. Brandi was also willing to be an SME (subject matter expert) with upcoming Cerner changes and is always available to help her coworkers with new programs/assignments, computer issues, etc. which has been vital during the recent transition. Her help has been greatly appreciated and is always given with a willing hand and smile.
