Briana and her team cared for my 18-month-old son this past weekend when we presented with petechia all over his body. As a peds nurse for over 13 years, this definitely had my wheels spinning and gave me great cause for worry. Luckily, we were met with such warmth and compassion from Bri which settled my nerves from the start. She was an excellent communicator and led my husband and me through the plan extensively, keeping us up to date throughout our stay, all the while showing a lot of love to our son. She brought him toys and played with him through the doorway- these moments do not go unnoticed to a family that is scared and trying to keep their sh*t together! Bri was a total pro when our son needed an IV placed and labs drawn. Our little guy didn't bring the best veins with him that day so he was a difficult stick but Bri knew what to do, who to get for assistance and make it all look easy. I can't tell you how much we appreciate her care and her team's commitment to excellence. Thank you, Bri!
