Caitlyn is not only a smart, hardworking, and knowledgeable nursing student, but she also has an incredible heart for others. She desires to serve anyone she comes in contact with to the best of her ability. She considers minority groups and seeks to deliver unbiased care by using interpreters when needed and by exploring other cultural preferences, sexuality, etc. She advocates for her patients and provides care with such empathy and love. If I were a patient, I would love to have Caitlyn as my nurse!
