One of the most memorable aspects of Caity's care was her dedication to making my dad feel special on his 80th birthday. She made it possible for us to celebrate him, singing happy birthday and allowing our family to be with him, which brought him so much joy.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Caity RN from 12 East, one of the outstanding nurses at NYU Tisch, for the exceptional care she provided to my dad during his recent hospital stay.
As a surgical nurse and my husband an intensivist, we understand the demands and challenges of the healthcare profession, and Caity's performance truly stood out from the moment he was admitted.
Caity's warm and compassionate demeanor put our entire family at ease. She consistently checked and ensured my dad was comfortable and well-cared for.
Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate his needs made a significant difference in his recovery process.
Caity's professionalism and expertise were evident in everything she did. She took the time to review the medications, explain each procedure, and care plan to my dad in a way that he could understand, even with his limited English she provided him with a translator whenever need it. Her patience and kindness were a great comfort to him and to us.
