Camille is a strong leader and helps a lot on the floor. You can always count on her on anything from starting IVs (she's excellent!) to hanging meds/chemotherapies when a colleague gets busy or just by taking a patient to the bathroom.
She makes rounds and is always checking in with her colleagues to see if they are okay.
When she is in charge, we know that no matter how rough or busy the night gets, we are confident that everything will be all right because this super amazing charge nurse is leading the unit.
She is simply the best! A real asset to oncology and UMC.
